Contact support at cyrus.dev.design@gmail.com. If your question is about account access or deletion, contact support from the same email address tied to your account whenever possible.

Include these details

  • Device model and Android version
  • Whether you are using NOAA-only mode or a developer-station account
  • A screenshot or short description of the issue
  • Any exact error message shown by the app

Common issues

  • Location prompt: You can deny location access and enter latitude/longitude manually in Settings.
  • Delete account asks for sign-in again: That is a Firebase security requirement. Sign in again and the app will retry deletion automatically.
  • NOAA or ECCC data temporarily unavailable: Some NOAA or Environment and Climate Change Canada endpoints occasionally return temporary access or availability errors. Retrying later often resolves it.
